    Rob,

I took your advice and purchased an AquaTrol Chlorine Generator. I've had the unit operational now for about a month and the family and I really like it. True to the claims, there are no burning eyes or irritated skin. I've had absolutely no algae and the water is crystal clear.

Thanks again for your expert advice.

    Scott.

ummm, I don't know where to start. Ok first, Metals, while balancing these, is important, not the only thing to mention. Water is all about balance; chlorine, pH and alkalinity are the three brothers that fight the most. Your pH should be kept between 7.4 and 7.6, Chlorine keep it around 2-3 and alkalinity depends on your liner. Good luck!
