    I will need to replace my vinyl pool liner soon not because it leaks but because it is soooo faded from years of chlorine use. Will a salt water system prevent this from happening?

    Ken,

    No one responded to your question so I will. I've had a chlorine generator for 4 seasons and have not noticed any fading in my liner which was brand new when I installed the generator. If you switch to salt, you wont regret it.
