Navigator is not working (roving) efficiently. Appears to be getting hung up on bench edge's, stuck in corners, and tangled in hose...unit torn down and inspected, looks good...nothing broken or abnormally worn internal...needs new wings as attachment slots have grooved themselves...installed new feet...any observations on the most common problem/replacement...these units have a ton of nickel and dime replacement parts, and each time I try to fix this thing no luck...doesn't make me look very good in front of homeowner....cost of doing this part by part (for customer) is about half the cost of a new unit...this unit is only 2-3 yrs old

    Thanks in advance
