    can one of you guys tell me the formula for calculating how much sand I need to bring in to get a 2" base for a 24' round pool.
    came across it a while back and cant remember where, thanks.

    thanks anyway, found the calc.
    3.14 x rad. x rad. x hgt.=cu. inch
    divide by 1728 = cu. ft.
    divide by 27 = cu. yds.
