    I know that Muriatic acid can be used as a more cost effective product vs Dry Acid. Can anyone suggest cost effective version of Calcium Chloride without buying the standard Calcium Hardness Increaser?

    You can buy calcium chloride in 50# bags. Most pool stores sell them, they just do not advertise it.
